  1. Lie down on the ground on your back. The feet pointed toward the ceiling legs extended and arms by your sides.
  2. Lift your right leg and cross it on your left thigh.  Try to hook your right foot behind your left calf for more stability
  3. If it is not possible to hook your leg behind the calf you simply cross your legs together
  4. Now Raise your hand straight up toward the ceiling. Bend your elbows and cross your left arm over your right arm.
  5. Palms are facing each other and try to clap your palms together. Engage your core muscles that help you support your lower back.
  6. Hold this posture for a few seconds or 3-4 breaths. Close your eyes and focus on one gaze to deepen the relaxation.
  7. To release, uncross your legs and arms. and rest on the ground. Repeat the Same pose with the other side.
