Yoga poses for strong abs

Plank Pose  

Classic pose! Hold yourself up on your toes and forearms, like a push-up.

Boat Pose  

Sit tall, lean back, lift legs. Like a V-shape, hello strong abs! 

Side Plank  

Prop on one elbow, hips high, body in a straight line. Targets those obliques 

Downward-Facing Dog 

Push hips back, lengthen spine. Great core engagement for a strong center. 

Dolphin Pose 

Forearms on mat, legs extended, hold yourself up. Feels amazing on your core! 

Bow Pose 

Lie on belly, grab ankles, lift chest. Stretches front and works your core. 

Crescent Lunge  

One leg forward, back knee down. Hold core tight for balance and strength. 

Warrior III Pose 

Stand on one leg, reach other leg back, arms overhead. Core works hard for balance 

Bicycle Crunches 

Start on your back with your hands clasped behind your head.Bend your knees and stack them over your hips.

Boat Pose with Twist 

Boat pose, but twist your torso to one side. Supercharges your obliques
