Child's Pose:  Relax your back, forehead touches mat.

Downward-Facing Dog:  Inverted V, lengthen spine, heels press down.

Cat-Cow Pose:  Round back like a cat, arch back like a cow.

High Lunge Pose: One leg forward, knee bent, other leg back.

Warrior I Pose: Lunge forward, arms raised overhead.

Bridge Pose: Lie on back, knees bent, lift hips.

Savasana: Lie flat, arms at sides, relax completely.
