Eagle Arms

Wrap one arm under, other on top. Breathe. 

Mountain Pose

Stand tall, feet hip-width apart. Find balance. 

Tree Pose

Foot on calf or ankle, root into standing leg. 

Downward-Facing Dog

Push hips back, lengthen spine. Release tension. 

Corpse Pose

Lie flat, arms at sides. Rest and unwind.
